Chem-Dry Slide Show

Got Pets?
Chances are you have had some "accidents" then. No matter how much training Fluffy, Spot & Groucho get, once and a while, things happen. When it happens, here is a few tips to help you so your guests don't think you live in a kennel.
1. SPEED. You need to be SUPER SONIC! The faster you can clean the area, the less problems you will have.
2. BLOT, BLOT,BLOT. Before you start dumping gallons of water on the spot, blot the area with some paper towels or any type of absorbent cloth. Urin
e is water based and by flooding the area immediately, you are diluting the urine, but also spreading it to a much larger area and taking deeper into the carpet and possibly the pad.
3. CLEAN. After you have blotted the area until it feels dry, (I know. That sounds like you have to touch the spot. NO. Just look at the absorbent cloth. If it isn't picking up any moisture, it's dry en
ough.) When the spot is dry, apply a liberal amount of mild, non-residual cleaner to the area and then blot again until dry. Re-apply the cleaner and blot until dry.
4. SE
LF-SERVING ADVERTISEMENT. To clean those spots, use our patented World Famous Spot Remover. It leaves no dirt-attracting residues and is a GREAT cleaner! Area Rug Cleaning

From the initial inspection to the finished product, we have the most advanced area rug cleaning system in the state.

  1. A thorough pre-inspection.
  2. The rug is then dusted to remove all the particulate dry soil.
  3. The rug is then pre-conditioned with a appropriate cleaner to emulsify soils and stains.
  4. We then do a full-imersion cleaning. The rug is cleaned while having fresh water rinsing it as we are cleaning it.
  5. The rug is then flush rinsed with clear water.
  6. Then the rug is extracted.
  7. Any follow up spotting is then done.
  8. Fringes are cleaned by hand with an acidic rinse applied to prevent yellowing.
  9. Rugs are then hung on our drying rack and speed dryed.
  10. Before wrapping in brown paper, (so the rug can breathe), it is inspected one last time.

If you have an area rug you are concerned about, please call us and we can give you prices and answer any other questions you have.
